  • Appointments: Monday - Thursday:  6:30AM to 4:30PM; Friday 7:00AM to 3:30PM
  • Phone Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm

REFERRALS

If your insurance requires a referral, you can contact your Primary Care Physician (PCP) and request a referral to see one of our doctors. Please be sure to let your PCP know that you have a plan that requires a referral. Your PCP may be able to tell you if your insurance requires a referral if you are unsure, otherwise please contact your insurance company.

APPOINTMENTS

Although it is not always attainable, we pride ourselves in staying on schedule.  If you arrive late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.  We value your time and try very hard to make your experience with the Denver Skin Clinic a positive experience. If you are an established patient at the Denver Skin Clinic and you have changed any personal information such as your name, address, or telephone number make sure you notify our staff promptly upon arrival for your appointment.  To simplify this process you can fill out a change of information form and bring it with you to your appointment.

INSURANCE

Please promptly notify us of any changes to your insurance.  Co-payments are contractually required by your insurance company to be paid at the time of your service.  Given correct information, we will submit the charges to your primary and/or supplemental insurance company.  Please be aware that some diagnoses and procedures are considered cosmetic, a non-covered benefit.  We recommend that you review your plan benefits prior to any procedure.

In the event that your insurance carrier does not cover a procedure that has been performed we will send a statement to you showing the balance due.  This same policy will be in force for any charges that your insurance company does not pay but applies to your deductible.  We accept most forms of payment including cash, check, and most major credit cards.
